This was dinner tonight. Went for mostly Indian foods, since my parents never made curry and I’ve been curious to try it for a few years now.
Not too fond of the raita, since I made way too much of it (didn’t read the Yield: 8 servings)… and I’m not generally a fan of plain yogurt as it is. -shrug- it was worth a try. Makes a great dipping sauce for veggies inbetween bites of spice-ful curry, tho.
